SHIPPING POLICY

GREECE

All orders are processed within 24 hours -except for Greek public holidays- and are normally delivered within 1- 2 business days in the area of Attica, and 2-4 business days in the rest of Greece. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods. Shipments to any address within Greece cost 3.50 € and are sent via ACS courier. There is free shipping on orders over 180 €.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

All orders within EU are  delivered by DHL Express  (1-3 business days)  at a flat rate of 18.00 €. There is free shipping on orders over 300 €. Please contact us for precise guidance on size, fit, and style.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU

All orders outside the  EU are delivered by DHL Express  (1-3 business days) at a flat rate of 28.00 €. There is free shipping on orders over 480 €. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Before placing your order, please check with your local customs office for the latest fees to avoid any unexpected charges. Kindly be aware that, due to high duties and customs fees, we are unable to accept returns from countries outside the European Union. Please contact us for precise guidance on size, fit, and style.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, also the hygiene strips have not been removed. Please wear underwear when trying on swimwear and avoid make up coming into contact with it when trying them on. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders within Greece, if you wish to make a return / refund, the full value of the item purchased will be refunded excluding the return cost of 3.50 €, via ACS courier. Please note that the Cash on Delivery fee (€3.00) and the shipping cost (€3.50) will not be refunded.

For European orders, If you wish to make a return / refund, the full value of the item purchased will be refunded excluding the return costs of 35.00 €, via  DHL.  Please contact us at contact@loseawear.com to arrange the return.

For orders outside the EU  Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside the EU. Kindly be aware that, due to high duties and customs fees, we are unable to accept returns from countries outside the European Union.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES INFORMATION

All orders from countries outside EU are responsible for paying Duties & Taxes.

Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin/manufacturing of the goods purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government. You are responsible for and agree to pay for any duties, tariffs or taxes.
