After we have received the returned item, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used, please allow up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.

For orders within Greece, please note that shipping costs for returns 3.50 € and Cash on Delivery fee 3.00 € will not be refunded.

For European orders, the full value of the item purchased will be refunded excluding the return costs of 25.00 €, via  DHL.  

For orders outside the EU Kindly be aware that, due to high duties and customs fees, we are unable to accept returns from countries outside the European Union.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item which is faulty we’ll be happy to replace it for you. In case an item becomes faulty after a period of time, please email us before returning it. We will either repair or replace it.
