SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE
All orders are processed within 24 hours -except for Greek public holidays- and are normally delivered within 1- 2 business days in the area of Attica, and 2-4 business days in the rest of Greece. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods. All products are sent via ACS courier within Greece . Shipments to any address in Greece is free of charge.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
All orders within EU are delivered by DHL Express (1-3 business days) at a flat rate of 15,00 €.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, also the hygiene strips have not been removed. Please wear underwear when trying on swimwear and avoid make up coming into contact with it when trying them on. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders within Greece, if you wish to make a return / refund, the full value of the item purchased will be refunded excluding the return cost of 4,00 €, via ACS courier.
For European orders, If you wish to make a return / refund, the full value of the item purchased will be refunded excluding the return costs of 20,00 €, via DHL. Please contact us at contact@loseawear.com to arrange the return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside EU. All orders from countries outside EU are responsible for paying Duties & Taxes.
