Refund Policy
After we have received the returned item, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used, please allow up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.
For shipments within Greece please note that shipping costs for returns and Cash on Delivery fee will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item which is faulty we’ll be happy to replace it for you. In case an item becomes faulty after a period of time, please email us before returning it. We will either repair or replace it.
